Shipping policy

UNA ships orders daily. Within mainland Portugal, delivery usually takes around 5 business days. For other European destinations, delivery times are typically between 10 and 15 business days.

Please note that some products are made to order only, in which case the production time — and therefore the delivery time — may be longer.

If an order is returned to us, it will only be reshipped once the shipping costs have been paid again.

Out of stock: customers will be fully refunded for the amount of any items that cannot be shipped due to being out of stock.
