Exchanges and Returns

We believe in the quality of the products we sell, however, if for any reason you change your mind or the product is not exactly what you expected, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date you received the order, except for exceptions duly noted in the product information and custom-made parts, which cannot be returned.

We recommend that you check the product information before making your purchase.

Returns will only be accepted for items that show no signs of use/alteration, are in perfect original condition and are accompanied by all accessories.

Upon receiving your order, please check it for any damage during shipping within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product if it arrives damaged. The original packaging must be kept for an exchange or return. Please contact our Customer Support team for more information.

To make your exchange or return, send us an email to una.conceptstore@gmail.com and wait for our instructions.

While you are entitled to a refund for the purchased product, it will be partial if you choose to pay via PayPal or Visa. In these cases, a 5% commission will be charged on the total amount paid. The Customer will also be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of the product.

It is the Customer's responsibility to properly package the items to be returned.
