António Ramalho was born into one of the most famous families producing clay figures in Portugal.

Great-grandson of the legendary popular sculptor Rosa Ramalho, he inherited not only her surname, but also the skill and creativity to mold pieces from a fantastical universe, populated by bizarre creatures, and keeps alive the precious legacy of his great-grandmother Rosa and his mother Júlia Ramalho.
